Sketching Madrid. Part 1 A series of drawings created in situ across different locations in Madrid, later developed and refined in the studio as part of an urban illustration project. In this series, I focus on iconic landmarks such as the Callao Cinemas and the Metrópolis Building, aiming to capture the vibrant, colorful, and dynamic energy of the city. The pieces are primarily executed in gouache, combined with mixed media techniques such as colored pencils, wax crayons, and other graphic materials, seeking an expressive balance between direct observation and artistic interpretation.
