Puzzle project from Times Square sketching
A sketch made on site in Times Square, New York, capturing the city’s bustle, color, and frenetic rhythm. Built in layers of gouache and combined with dry media such as colored pencils and wax, the piece develops a rich sense of texture and atmosphere. From this drawing, created in the middle of the square through direct observation, emerged the opportunity to collaborate with the company eBoo, who transformed it into a beautifully crafted puzzle. A shift from a quick gesture to a slow, attentive experience, where the time spent assembling the image can exceed that of its creation.
