"La casa i el quadern són espais comuns on refugiar-se, on trobar-se per dialogar. He vingut a dibuixar a la Casa del Pintor tractant d’establir aquest diàleg amb el mestre.
I sí, et parla. Et parlen les seves pintures, els seus objectes de la col·lecció, però sobretot et parla l’energia de la passió per la bellesa que concentra aquest espai únic.
En aquesta intervenció intento reflectir totes aquestes connexions que m’ha transmès la casa, amb traços que intenten captar els espais, les obres i els objectes que l’Abelló va crear i col·leccionar amb tanta estima i que finalment conflueixen en un viatge il·lustrat, a estones dramàtic, d’altres divertit i caòtic, a través dels dibuixos i esbossos que he realitzat en quaderns, culminant el projecte en un mural pintat a dins la casa (o el museu) que reflecteix l’energia i la força que he sentit viatjant per la casa del pintor Abelló"

The house and the sketchbook are shared spaces in which to take refuge, places to meet and engage in dialogue. I came to draw at the Painter’s House, trying to establish this dialogue with the master.
And yes, it speaks to you. His paintings speak, his collected objects speak—but above all, what speaks is the energy of a passion for beauty concentrated within this unique space.
In this intervention, I attempt to reflect all these connections that the house has conveyed to me, through lines that seek to capture its spaces, its works, and the objects that Abelló created and collected with such care. All of this ultimately converges into an illustrated journey—at times dramatic, at others playful and chaotic—through the drawings and sketches I have made in my notebooks, culminating in a mural painted inside the house (or the museum), which reflects the energy and strength I felt while moving through the house of the painter Abelló.
